Schedule

• Day Shift (10-hour days)
• Alternating schedule: one week 5 days, next week 6 days
• One Saturday & one Sunday per month
• 50–60 hours per week
• Overtime and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer calls with professionalism and urgency
• Dispatch tow trucks and coordinate driver routes using GPS and dispatch software
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and management
• Maintain accurate call logs, service records, and data entry
• Prioritize and manage multiple calls under pressure

Requirements

• 1+ year of dispatch experience required (towing, trucking, or logistics preferred)
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Computer proficiency with dispatch or GPS systems
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious

Preferred:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Familiarity with Birmingham-area roads
