Experienced Door-to-Door Construction & Insurance Sales Representative

About Us:
RMC Remodeling LLC is a growing remodeling and exterior restoration company specializing in roofing, siding, storm damage restoration, insurance claim projects, and residential remodeling. We are seeking a motivated, experienced sales professional who understands insurance claims, storm restoration, and construction sales.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative with proven experience generating leads, inspecting properties, identifying storm damage, working with homeowners, and assisting through insurance claim processes.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and door-to-door marketing
• Identify roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior storm damage opportunities
• Educate homeowners on insurance claim processes and restoration options
• Schedule inspections and consultations
• Build relationships with homeowners and maintain follow-up communication
• Assist clients from initial contact through contract signing
• Work closely with project management teams for smooth handoff
• Meet weekly sales and appointment goals
• Represent RMC Remodeling professionally in the community

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in door-to-door construction sales or insurance restoration sales
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance claims (roofing, storm damage, exterior restoration preferred)
✔ Experience closing remodeling or restoration projects
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✔ Reliable transportation required
✔ Ability to climb roofs or willingness to learn inspections (preferred)
✔ Experience with CRM systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,742.00 - $37,173.00 per year
