About the Role (Early Educational Preschool Teachers)
We’re seeking a warm, energetic Early Childhood Educator who loves building routines, guiding social-emotional skills, and making learning playful and purposeful. You’ll lead engaging small- and whole-group activities aligned to our curriculum and Texas Minimum Standards.
What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons
- Implement positive guidance and family communication practices
- Observe, document, and share student progress
- Maintain health/safety standards: ratios, supervision, hygiene, and daily room checks
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training

Experience
- Prior experience working with children in preschool settings is essential (not a daycare).
- Demonstrated classroom experience with lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and community partners.
