Experienced Early Years Teachers- Female

Benchmark Junior School is looking for Early Years Teachers.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Early Years Educationist to nurture and guide children aged 3–7 years during their formative learning years. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in modern, child-centric teaching methodologies, highly tech-savvy, and trained in Jolly Phonics to support strong early literacy development. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports holistic growth—academic, social, emotional, and physical.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with early childhood education standards
• Implement Jolly Phonics techniques effectively to develop phonemic awareness, reading, and writing skills
• Use modern teaching methodologies such as play-based learning, experiential learning, inquiry-based learning, and differentiated instruction
• Integrate educational technology (smart boards, tablets, learning apps, digital content) into daily teaching practices
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and learning progress
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence
• Foster positive behavior, social skills, and emotional well-being among students
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child’s learning journey
• Maintain classroom organization, learning resources, and child safety standards
• Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
