You’ll lead a talented team, own marketplace performance, and drive results with precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Manage: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team. Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement marketplace strategies to drive sales, optimize listings, and increase visibility.
• Schedule & Split: Create and manage team schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Marketplace Mastery: Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all platforms.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• 5+ years managing Amazon/Walmart/eBay storefronts
• Team leadership experience
• Expertise in listing optimization, PPC, and inventory strategy
