Experienced Electrician-Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our established property maintenance team in Aberdeen. The role involves carrying out a wide range of planned and reactive electrical work across both domestic and commercial properties.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid 17th or 18th Edition Certification
• Time served with proven industry experience
• Have inspection and testing experience
• Be capable of sourcing and comparing supplier quotes, evaluating value, and selecting the best options
• Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and efficiently
• Be able to interpret job information and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
• Hold a full, valid UK driving licence (company van provided)
• Be fluent in English and is a strong communicator for providing clear updates and reports
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to follow established processes and instructions (e.g., ensuring job sheets are signed off correctly)
• Be a reliable team player, able to collaborate within a larger team when required
• Display excellent timekeeping, professionalism, and a well-presented appearance
• Consistently deliver high-quality work that meets company and client expectations

Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
