Role Summary

Coordinate non-emergency and inter-facility transports: manage call intake, assign units, verify insurance, monitor GPS, communicate updates to crews and facilities, optimize routes/ETAs, and complete accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation—including prior authorization.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent EMS dispatch experience (ambulance). We are only considering applicants with EMS dispatch background preferably IFT.
• Proficient multitasking under time pressure; professional phone/radio etiquette
• Fast, accurate data entry; AngelTrack experience is a plus (our platform)
• Understanding of facility workflows and authorizations
• Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends, with schedule flexibility as needs change; reliable attendance
