مهندس ذو خبرة

براتب ثابت + نسبة من الربح

الشروط المطلوبة:

· القدرة على الإدارة والإشراف الكامل على أعمال الشركة.

· امتلاك مهارة قيادة الفريق واتخاذ القرارات.

· جاهزية للعمل كشريك استراتيجي في تطوير الشركة. (مقابل نسبة من الربح للمشاريع الخارجية الجديده)

· يفضل من لدية خبرة في المقاولات والصيانة العامة.

· يفضّل من لديه خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية.

· يفضل من اجتاز اختبارات البلديات والاولويه لم اجتاز اختبارات بلدية دبي

Job Announcement – Experienced Engineer with Profit Share and Strategic Partnership

A contracting company (Ground + 1 License) in Dubai — approved by both government and private entities and specialized in general maintenance works, with a professional team of workers and administrative staff — announces the need for:

Experienced Engineer
With a fixed salary + profit share

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to manage and supervise all company operations.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions.

• Willingness to work as a strategic partner in developing the company (in return for a profit share from new projects).

• Preference for candidates with experience in contracting and general maintenance.

• Preference for candidates with experience dealing with government entities.

• Preference for those who have passed municipality qualification examinations, with priority for those who passed Dubai Municipality exams.

• Valid driving license.
