Experienced Esthetician – Full Time | Geneva & Glen Ellyn, IL

Full-time hours available | Flexible shifts | Dual-location opportunity

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced skincare treatments with expert knowledge and professionalism
• Perform in-depth consultations, skin analysis, and contraindication checks
• Recommend appropriate services and retail products to achieve client goals
• Maintain top-tier sanitation and hygiene standards
• Pre-book appointments and contribute to client retention and sales goals
• Stay current with industry trends, protocols, and continuing education
• Participate in ongoing training and support newer estheticians (optional growth path)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of active esthetics experience
• Strong skills in waxing and advanced facial treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, etc.)
• Experience with lash lifts, tints, brow lamination, and lash extensions preferred
• Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
• Licensed in the state of Illinois
• Willingness to work in both Geneva & Glen Ellyn locations preferred
