Experienced Esthetician

Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Esthetician and bring your passion for skincare and wellness to life in a men’s only spa. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired.

Duties

Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, backials, and beard treatments. Ability to provide body treatments highly desired. Some experience with waxing is ideal, but not required.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments through engaging demos and consultations
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations
Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively to client needs, answering questions clearly, and recommending suitable services
Light front desk duties required when not in treatments
Support team efforts by participating in ongoing training sessions and staying current with industry trends

Requirements

Valid esthetician certification recognized by local licensing authorities
Proven experience performing facials and knowledge of all skin types
Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff
Ability to perform waxing services is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a spa setting
Willingness to learn new techniques such as lymphatic massage or advanced skincare procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
