Experienced Esthetician-Corrective, Results-Driven Skincare Studio

AM Skincare is a results-driven, corrective skincare studio focused on long-term skin health not trends or quick fixes.

Our work is rooted in skin health and long-term results not trends, quick fixes, or social media–driven treatments. We prioritize education, consistency, and client relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced esthetician who is confident in their skills, values education, and wants to build a loyal, long-term clientele in a structured, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customized, corrective facials (not cookie-cutter treatments)
• Facial sculpting, microcurrent, and advanced modalities
• Acne and barrier repair–focused treatments
• Client education and long-term skin planning
• Thoughtful product recommendations (education-based, not pushy)

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician (PA)
• 2+ years experience (not entry level)
• Strong hands-on facial and massage skills
• Confident performing customized, corrective treatments
• Understanding of acne, barrier repair, and long-term skin health
• Comfortable with retail and client education
• Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their schedule

Compensation + Growth

Pay range: $20–$35/hour + commission (based on experience)
