Experienced Esthetician – Cryo & EMS Specialist

Position: PART-TIME Experienced Esthetician

Overview:
We are currently seeking a licensed esthetician who is preferably trained in Cryotherapy and EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, has strong customer service and sales abilities, and thrives in a med spa and wellness environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Cryotherapy and EMS body contouring treatments
• Conduct analyses and develop customized treatment plans for clients
• Recommend and sell treatment packages to support clients’ goals
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and ongoing wellness routines
• Maintain accurate client records through Vagaro or a similar POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of spa and equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every visit
• Deliver a personalized experience that encourages repeat visits and long-term client loyalty
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to esthetic procedures and client confidentiality

Requirements:

• Active + Valid Esthetician License
• Proven sales and customer service experience in a medical spa or wellness setting
• Strong passion for esthetics, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive connections with clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team and group
• Ability to work occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a med spa or wellness environment
• Experience or formal training in Cryotherapy and EMS treatments
• Familiarity with facial treatment protocols such as cryofacials (frotox), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning
• Familiarity with Circadia or similar products
• Experience using Vagaro or similar point-of-sale/scheduling platform
• Experience with Subzero Cryotherapy by America Cryo

Base + Tips

Pay: From $7.25 per hour
