Experienced Esthetician (Lash Extensions Required) – Commission Position (Paragould Spa)

Healing Essence Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team in a commission-based position.

We are an established and growing spa offering massage, esthetic, and nail services in a calm, professional environment. Our massage team maintains a strong, consistent client base, and we are continuing to expand our spa services.

We are currently looking to grow our daytime availability, with additional opportunities in the late afternoon and Saturdays.

This is a great opportunity for an esthetician who offers a full range of services and is confident in both skincare and lash services.

Services Required:

• Customized facials
• Waxing services
• Lash lifts and tints
• Lash extensions (required – must be experienced)

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Arkansas
• Experienced esthetician (not entry-level)
• Must be trained and confident in lash extensions
• Ability to perform facials, waxing, and lash services at a professional level
• Reliable, professional, and client-focused

Schedule Needs:

• Daytime availability preferred
• Some late afternoon and Saturday availability

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay + tips
• Estimated earnings: $20–$45/hour depending on bookings and services

We are intentionally seeking experienced professionals who are confident in their skills, client care, and ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
