Cici Skincare is a boutique skincare studio focused on advanced treatments, personalized care, and delivering real results. We are looking for an experienced, passionate esthetician who loves helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including custom facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, and other advanced skincare services
• Conduct client consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare products and homecare routines
• Recommend retail products and treatment packages to support client results
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times
• Assist with client communication, scheduling, and overall spa operations as needed
• Participate in social media content and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Full Specialist License
• 3+ years of esthetics experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable recommending products and discussing treatment plans
• Social media experience is a plus
