Body Ache Escape is hiring an experienced esthetician who knows how to do more than give a relaxing facial.

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is already strong in customized facials and dermaplaning, confident in consultation, comfortable recommending home care, and motivated to help grow the esthetics side of the business.

Our clients are primarily women ages 30-70 who value confident, professional providers and want both results and a high-quality experience.

Our clientele is not primarily teenage acne clients. Many of the women we serve are concerned with aging skin, dryness, sensitivity, texture, and overall skin health. We are looking for an esthetician who knows how to confidently treat and speak to those concerns.

We do not believe in pushy sales, but we do believe great estheticians know how to educate, recommend, and retain.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of esthetics experience
• Strong in customized facials and dermaplaning
• Warm, polished, professional personality
• Comfortable recommending products and rebooking clients
• Strong consultation skills
• Someone who wants to help grow an esthetics department, not just take whoever lands on their schedule

Expectations:

• Recommend products at every appointment
• Rebook clients consistently
• Help clients stay on a treatment plan
• Contribute to esthetics growth and client retention

Goals for this role:

• Around 20% of revenue from product sales
• Around 50% client rebooking

Schedule:

• 10-30 hours per week
• We are busiest evenings and weekends so in order to book clients quicker we recommend being available then

Pay:

This is a W-2 employee position.

Compensation includes:

• $18-$19/hour
• 5% commission when in service with potential to earn more
• 10-15% commission on product sales

• bonus opportunities

Our facial services range from $90-$149 per hour, creating strong earning potential for an esthetician who knows how to retain clients and recommend appropriately.

When not in session:

When not with clients, we expect team members to stay productive by helping with:

• cleaning and resetting rooms
• front desk support
• social media/content support
• other tasks that support the client experience and growth of the business
