Experienced Esthetician (w/ Clientele)

We're looking for an experience Medical Spa Esthetician to join our team. Earn an hourly wage + incentive.

The ideal candidate has at least one year as an esthetician in a medical spa, and maintains a professional appearance and friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times. The environment is fast paced. The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands is important. Excellent communications are required to educate patients about products and services.

Esthetician Role

• Your time will be spent in the treatment room providing services to patients. Services include IPL Photo Facial, HydraFacial, MicroNeedling, Dermaplaning, Laser Hair Removal, and chemical peels.
• There is a lot to learn! The successful candidate will be a quick learner and engaged in the process.
• The role of the Esthetician is to provide an excellent patient experience and outcome. Relationship building is the key to success in building long term relationships with patients. Active listening and education are critical while assessing the patient and creating treatment plans.
• Patient Education is important. Recognize the opportunity to cross-sell services and upsell products to enhance outcomes.
• Reminder calls and follow up post service to patients as needed.
• Assisting the clinical staff when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must protect patient confidentiality.
• You'll be required to work within our hours of operation, schedule to be discussed at time of interview:
• Mon: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Tues: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Wed: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Thurs: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Fri: 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Qualifications

• Current Aesthetician certification and Florida State License.
• High School graduate or better.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This person must be flexible, positive, and friendly.
• We require a team player who has an excellent attendance record.
• This job requires a lot of multitasking, so we need someone who can learn quickly and adapt to changing workloads.
• Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service skills, good computer skills, and previous experience as a receptionist.
• There are lots of medical procedures to learn, so we need someone with self-motivation in this fast-paced environment.
• Requires 1 year of experience as a Medical Spa Esthetician
• Knowledge of Nextech medical software is a plus.
• Strong keyboarding skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Must be meticulous and accurate when working with patient data.
• Possess solid customer service skills with a friendly personality.
• Have professional phone manner and strong verbal communication skills.
• For patient communications, must be able to write well without grammatical or spelling errors.
• Project professional appearance and have high grooming standards.
• Must be reliable and not have unauthorized absences or tardiness.
• Positive work references required.
• All professional references are checked.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
