Experienced Exterior Contractor

Northeast Window is seeking a dependable and experienced Exterior Contractor to join our growing team. This position involves the installation of residential and commercial windows, doors, and siding with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install windows, doors, and siding according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for proper installation
• Remove existing windows, doors, siding, trim, and framing as needed
• Prepare and inspect job sites to ensure safe and efficient installation
• Apply caulking, sealing, flashing, and weatherproofing materials to prevent leaks and drafts
• Test completed installations for proper alignment, fit, and operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and job-site regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in window, door, and/or siding installation or related construction work
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels
• Knowledge of construction methods, exterior finishing, and building codes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable working outdoors, in varying weather conditions, and at heights
• Strong communication and customer service skills
