Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication and welding experience, the ability to work independently from prints and drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts and assemblies to print and within specified tolerances
• Read and interpret mechanical fabrication drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
• Perform TIG and MIG weldment fabrication with a high level of quality and accuracy for the following materials: mild steel, stainless steel
• Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Perform material cutting, bending, punching, fitting, grinding, sanding, and assembly work
• Ability to learn and regularly use a Press Brake and Bridgeport
• Prepare and finish weldments and fabricated parts
• Perform drilling, tapping, and general shop fabrication tasks
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience
• Strong working knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, Plasma, and related fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with drawing packages
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer locations when needed
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to work with engineers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
