Experienced Facilities Manager (Operations & Maintenance)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of building systems across commercial, residential, or industrial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facility services run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with operational standards, while managing vendors, maintenance teams, and asset lifecycle activities. This role requires strong technical knowledge of building systems along with excellent leadership and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of building facilities and infrastructure Supervise maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and mechanical systems Oversee generators, transformers, and backup power systems Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on time Manage service contracts, vendors, and third-party contractors Monitor building performance, energy efficiency, and operational costs Plan and execute building upgrades and refurbishment projects Handle asset management, replacement planning, and lifecycle tracking Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for equipment replacement and disposal Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports Requirements:

Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in facility operations/maintenance roles Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems Experience managing vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams Good understanding of building operations in commercial or industrial environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple sites or large-scale facilities Excellent communication and leadership abilities UAE experience is an advantage Preferred Experience: Malls, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, or industrial facilities Large-scale maintenance and asset management environments Energy management and cost optimization projects

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
