Job Description:

INTELLIGEN Immigration And Language Academy Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Female Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, bank reconciliations, and tracking expenses.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Process invoices, payments, and handle payroll management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist management in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

Salary:

• INR 12,000 - INR 20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based bonuses.
