Experienced Female Admission Counselor & Promotional Video Presenter

Job Description:

Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College is seeking a Highly Motivated and Experienced Female Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in educational consultancy, admissions, or sales, with strong communication and counseling skills.

As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the complete admission process, ensuring accurate guidance, smooth documentation, and excellent client experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and complete admission counseling to prospective students and parents
• Handle inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins
• Conduct detailed consultations and assess student eligibility for programs
• Guide students regarding documentation, university requirements, visa process, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate and updated student records in the system
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth application processing
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets
• Candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera and recording admission-related promotional videos for social media platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
✅ 1–3 Years of Experience in Admission Counseling / Educational Consultancy / Sales
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✅ Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Preference will be given to candidates residing near:

• Wapda Town
• Valencia Town
• Model Town
• Township, Lahore

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Urdu
