Experienced Female Call Center Representatives Required for Aesthetic Clinic

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and professional Female Call Center Representatives to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client handling abilities, and prior experience in the beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages professionally.
• Guide clients regarding treatments, procedures, packages, and pricing.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Follow up with clients and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and front desk staff.
• Handle walk-in clients confidently and provide treatment guidance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Manage booking confirmations, daily reports, and inquiries.
• Assist in promoting clinic services, offers, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Aesthetic Clinic, Dermatology Center, Beauty Clinic, or Healthcare industry is REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
• Strong customer dealing and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as HIFU, PRP, HydraFacial, Laser, Drips, etc. will be preferred.
• Good command of WhatsApp Business, call handling, and appointment scheduling.
• Presentable, disciplined, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
