We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager in Training or Manager in Waiting to join our team. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their management skills in a dynamic environment. The Manager in Training or Manager in Waiting,will work closely with senior management to learn the operational aspects of our business, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and team management. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering and stock management.
Utilize POS systems to track sales and manage transactions accurately.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance service quality.
Support team management by training new employees and providing ongoing coaching.
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving store performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Participate in buying decisions by analyzing sales trends and inventory needs.
Requirements

Experience in Jewelry Industry Sales or relatable field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or knowledge in inventory control practices is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.

Pay: $46,704.42 - $60,000.00 per year
