Enjoy Interacting and building relationships with community members through education on fire prevention and safety. The hours for this position are varied and include scheduled and on-call hours.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Responds to emergency incidents within assigned district in accordance with minimum participation requirements - 30 % of calls.Participates in fire prevention and safety education activities as assigned.Participates in at least 80% of scheduled drills, and other required training activities, and meets minimum participation and competency verification requirements.Participates in station and apparatus maintenance activities.Serves on standby crew and/or duty crew if availalbe.Performs other related duties as apparent or assigned.
