Experienced Floral Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate high-end Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, pricing procedures and customer service, with the ability to create stunning arrangements that meet our clients' needs.

(MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE)

Duties

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday celebrations, and stay up to speed with the team.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper care and handling techniques.
• Manage inventory by stocking supplies, organizing displays, and ensuring all products are visually appealing.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, and have impeccable grammar, pronunciation and penmanship.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members

Skills

• Proficient in floral design with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain a clean workspace.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of retail math to assist in pricing.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
