Experienced Floral Designer

Hometown Flower Co., a boutique floral design studio based in Huntington Village, is seeking an experienced floral designer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional experience working with flowers (bonus points for a passion for or experience working with sustainable design techniques and seasonal locally-grown flowers)
• Must be available to work at least 3 days per week, with weekend availability.
• Applicants must be able to provide a portfolio or examples of floral design experience
• An active driver’s license
• References upon request

Responsibilities include:

• Special event and wedding design
• Retail order design
• Cleaning and processing in new florals
• Event set up and staffing
• Deliveries as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
