Position: Floral Designer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral design, with strong skills in creating arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.
• Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines.

Additional Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable transportation for commuting and occasional off-site events or deliveries.
• High attention to detail to ensure every arrangement meets our quality standards.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour day shifts
• Weekend availability as needed
