Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements that meet customer preferences and occasions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their selections and offering expert advice.
• Manage the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking products and organizing displays.
• Utilize retail math to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in floral design and arrangement
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively
• Expertise in efficiently designing funeral standing sprays, wreaths, centerpieces, vase arrangements, arrangements in foam, hand held bouquets, wedding floral arrangements, corsages, and boutonnieres
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
