We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team immediately. If you have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in freight brokerage and are based in the Tricity area, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with carriers and shippers
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals efficiently
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
• Track loads and provide timely updates to clients
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of freight market trends and carrier networks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must be from Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula)
