Who We're Looking For

We seek experienced freight brokers who:

Possess an active book of business

Can consistently generate new customer leads

Value the flexibility of a remote work environment

Are motivated by uncapped commission and growth opportunities

Key Requirements

Existing book of shipper customers is essential

3+ years of experience as a freight broker or logistics sales professional

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Manage and expand your own portfolio of clients

Prospect and onboard new accounts

Negotiate competitive rates with customers and carriers

Ensure seamless coordination with carriers for on-time service

Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
