A minimum of 2 years of relevant gardening or landscaping experience is required for these roles.

Open Positions

Gardener and Landscape Installer

In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance a wide variety of gardens and landscapes, with work that may include:

• Fine garden maintenance
• Garden renovations and planting projects
• Pruning and detailed plant care
• Landscape enhancements
• General landscape installation work

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, variety from day to day, and the satisfaction of doing careful, high-quality work outdoors.

Team Leader

Our Team Leader plays a key role in both field production and leadership. This is a hybrid role for someone who can lead by example while delivering exceptional horticultural and landscape work.

Team Leader responsibilities may include:

• Leading garden maintenance and plant installation work in the field
• Training and supporting team members
• Maintaining strong quality and safety standards
• Supporting estimating and project planning
• Contributing to business development, staff growth, and company improvement

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
