Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist who is comfortable with (or eager to expand into) surgical procedures including implant placement, grafting, extractions, and full‐arch restorations. This role offers significant autonomy, a high-quality case mix, and the support of a top-tier team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients in general and surgical dentistry
• Perform advanced procedures such as implant placement, bone grafting, surgical extractions, and restoration of full arches
• Work collaboratively with restorative team, treatment coordinators, and support staff
• Maintain high standards of patient care, case planning, documentation, and follow-up
• Participate in a concierge-style practice model, delivering excellent patient experience

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree, currently licensed (or eligible) in Hawaii
• Strong surgical aptitude or clear interest in surgical/implant dentistry
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused mindset
• Enthusiastic about growing clinical skillset and contributing positively to team culture

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary with production/bonus structure—earnings well into the $200K+ range, commensurate with experience and case volume
