The Opportunity:

Pearl Dental Associates is seeking an experienced Lead General Dentist (Super GP) to join our modern, privately owned, multi-specialty practice in Scituate, MA, just 25 miles south of Boston. This role is ideal for a confident clinician with an expanded experience of a variety of specialty services who is ready to lead, grow clinically, and enjoy exceptional work-life balance.

Schedule:

Training will be held at our Holbrook office (Monday - Thursday) during Scituate renovations, with a transition to a Tuesday - Friday schedule in Scituate upon reopening on April 1, 2026.

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care through accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning

• Maintain the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Massachusetts dental license
• 5+ years of clinical experience practicing general dentistry
• Strong treatment planning, clinical skills, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
