Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing day to day operations - controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Plans and executes the professional growth & development of a management team and crew members
• Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have QSR salaried management experience in the fast food industry
• A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Effective knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
• Ability to strategically plan and drive sales
• Demonstrate excellent customer service standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Proven reliability and high personal integrity
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
