We are seeking a skilled Fintech Engineer to drive a pilot program integrating Cloud ledger technology with traditional banking systems. The Engineer will work directly with designated banks to assess current architecture, design custom integration solutions within a test environment, and pave the strategic path for future production deployment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a technical deep-dive and gap analysis to identify obstacles to Cloud adoption
• Architect and execute a scalable integration between legacy systems and the test environment, ensuring the solution is production-ready
• Translate findings into actionable leadership recommendations and a Lessons Learned framework to guide future global implementations
• Manage scope and timelines, proactively identifying technical or compliance constraints and ensuring all project changes are formally authorized

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
• Specific knowledge of the Benefit network and RTGS systems is required.
• Domain expertise with bank back-office systems, core banking platforms, and financial messaging protocols.
• Track record of connecting modern, API-based ledger solutions with legacy on-premise infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders and manage formal change management processes.
