Job Description

H2O Home is looking for a highly creative, experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team.

This position is suitable for an experienced professional who has worked on commercial design projects, social media content, marketing campaigns, catalogues, advertisements and professional video content.

Fresh candidates or candidates without a strong professional portfolio will not be considered.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, strong video editing and motion graphics skills, a refined creative sense and the ability to transform marketing ideas into visually engaging content.

The candidate should also be comfortable using modern AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, video production, content enhancement and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, catalogues and other marketing materials.
• Edit professional short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Create reels, promotional videos, product videos, motion graphics and campaign content.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and convert briefs into effective visuals.
• Edit and retouch product images, remove backgrounds and prepare high-resolution artwork.
• Prepare print-ready files for catalogues, brochures, outdoor advertising and other print materials.
• Resize and adapt creative content for different digital and print formats.
• Use AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, video enhancement and faster content production.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, AI and video content trends.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer or Multimedia Designer.
• Strong and updated professional portfolio is mandatory.
• Expert command of Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert command of Adobe Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Professional video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Motion graphics and animation skills using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience creating social media, digital marketing and advertising content.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for both digital and print media.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative and content-generation tools.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience working with any of the following will be preferred:

• Marketing agencies
• Retail or lifestyle brands
• Luxury brands
• Interior design or architectural companies
• Bathroom, sanitary ware, tiles or home-improvement brands
• Product-based businesses
• Social media and digital marketing teams

Experience in photography, videography, 3D visualization or product animation will be considered an advantage.

Education

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred.

However, candidates with strong professional experience and an exceptional portfolio may also apply.

Salary

PKR 120,000 to PKR 150,000 per month.

The final salary will depend on the candidate’s professional experience, technical expertise, creativity, portfolio quality and video editing skills.
