Experienced Hair Colorist and Stylist

We’re looking for an experienced Hair Colorist and Stylist to join our talented team and help our clients look and feel their best.

Job Description:
As a Hair Colorist and Stylist, you will be responsible for providing expert hair color services and personalized styling solutions. Your creativity and attention to detail will help our clients achieve their desired looks while ensuring their hair remains healthy and vibrant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hair color services, including highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and color corrections.
• Cut, style, and treat hair based on client preferences and the latest trends.
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
• Stay current on color and styling techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure all clients receive high-quality services with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to salon safety and sanitation standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Upsell salon products and services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Colorist and Stylist with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in color techniques (balayage, ombre, highlights, etc.) and cutting/styling methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hair care, styling, and beauty trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in color correction and advanced hair treatments.
• Knowledge of the latest haircare products and tools.
• Previous experience working in a busy salon environment.
