Experienced Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team. The primary duties for this position include remodeling of units and proficiency in various tasks such as painting, plumbing, electricity, flooring, drywall installation, kitchen cabinets installation, and tile work.

Estamos buscando una persona con experiencia en mantenimiento para trabajar por hora o por dia y esta posición incluye que sepa remodelar propiedades,pintura, plomeria,electricidad, poner gabinetes de cocina y bano,piso, drywall, tile , plank vinyl ,interion y exterior como estuco un poco de techo y fascia y debe mostrar experiencia y trabajar como líder con camioneta y herramienta

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in painting, plumbing, electricity, flooring, drywall, kitchen cabinets installation, and tile work.
Ability to perform all tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
A valid driver's license and must have a reliable truck.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience and skill level).
Payment is contingent upon proficiency in all the mentioned tasks.
