Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and decorative stonework using hand tools and power tools.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting forms for concrete pouring, and ensuring proper site safety protocols are followed.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely to move materials and assist with excavation or grading tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
• Driving trucks to and from shop and job sites safely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hardscape installation, landscape construction with a strong understanding of construction site procedure.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., trowels, chisels) and power tools (e.g., saws, drills) effectively and safely.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely including excavators or skid steers is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
