Experienced Hardscape/landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape/landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. This year, we are celebrating 35 years of building the most spectacular outdoor spaces, in some of Ft Wayne’s most prestigious housing additions. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing high-quality outdoor hardscape and landscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape features. Your expertise will help bring landscape visions to life while ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity for skilled laborers passionate about craftsmanship and outdoor construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and layout of hardscape projects.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently to install stone, brick, and other materials.
• Dig holes, plant trees, bushes and other plants.
• Grade yards, clear rocks, plant seed for lawns.
• Fabricate and install various hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, steps, and decorative features.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with team members to manage construction schedules effectively and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in hardscape construction work is a plus.
• Attention to detail is also a plus.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely on construction sites.
• Must have driver license and transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
