Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

• CPR certification

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

• Hoyer Lift Experience*

• Ability to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
