Experienced Home Care Nurse – (Oncology/Critical Care Background Preferred)

Healora Home Healthcare Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized enzyme therapy via Portacath in a home care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with a background in oncology, infusion therapy, or critical care who are looking to work in a more personalized and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer enzyme therapy through Portacath with strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor patient response during and after infusion, manage any adverse reactions, and document care accurately.
• Educate patients and family members on Portacath care and therapy expectations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain aseptic technique and proper handling of infusion medications and devices.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology, ICU, or infusion therapy.
• Prior experience in handling Portacath or central line access.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred).
