Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide menus and assist guests with any inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with RESY OS reservation software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous manner
- Knowledge of food service procedures and guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of phone etiquette and reservation management
