Miracle Workers Cleaning Services is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, reliable residential cleaners who take pride in their work.

We are a well-established cleaning company serving the Thurston County area, known for our high-quality service, strong client relationships, and consistent scheduling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Residential cleaning (standard, deep, and occasional move-in/out cleans)
• Working independently or as part of a small team
• Delivering detailed, high-quality cleanings

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year professional residential cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail (this is a must)
• Reliable, consistent, and professional
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Able to follow systems and checklists

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Auto insurance
• Smartphone with consistent communication
• Must pass background check
• 3 professional references

Independent Contractor Info (1099):

• Must have or be willing to obtain a UBI
• Paid per job (typically equivalent to $25–$35+/hour)
• Freedom to accept jobs based on your availability

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling — choose the days and times that work best for you
• Weekday, evening, and weekend opportunities available
• Ideal for those looking to build a consistent schedule or pick up extra work

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
