The Position:
Housekeeping is the heart of our hotel. You provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment at

the highest standard for our guests at The Willcox. Our guests feel relaxed and happy, all because of

you! Cleanliness is your priority, and you have a passion for making sure that everything is well-

arranged for our guest’s cozy “home away from home”. You like to stay busy, working in a team

environment where we all help each other create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Additional responsibilities include:
Work within the housekeeping team to clean guest rooms and public space areas, including

but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.

Keeping supply closets and caddies organized and well-stocked.

Report any damage or maintenance issues observed during shift

Respond to guest requests, being willing to go above and beyond to create an exceptional

guest experience

Qualifications

Be friendly and smiling

Good communication skills

Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis

Carrying and lifting items up to 15 pounds.
