Experienced Housekeeper Needed for Loving Private Family in Bradenton Area

Full-Time / Part-Time Position – Long-Term Opportunity

We are a warm, busy, private family seeking a reliable, nurturing, and detail-oriented professional to join our household as a Housekeeper/Nanny. This role combines caring for our children with maintaining a clean, organized home environment. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids and takes pride in creating a peaceful, well-run home.

About Our Family

We are a fun loving, active family with three wonderful children ages 13, 10 and 6: all school-aged child. We value kindness, consistency, and open communication. Our home is in the Bradenton, Florida area, and we prioritize a positive, respectful working relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging childcare: daily routines, playtime, meals/snacks, homework help (if applicable), light educational activities, and transportation to/from school/activities as needed
• Handle child-related housekeeping: tidying play areas, organizing toys/rooms, , etc.
• Perform general household cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen upkeep, laundry, and light organization to keep the home welcoming and spotless
• Run occasional errands (groceries, school drop-offs, etc.)
• Prepare simple, healthy meals/snacks for the children
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and follow family routines/guidelines

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a nanny, housekeeper, or combined housekeeper/nanny role (references required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record is a mandatory requirement
• Trustworthy, punctual, energetic, and proactive with a positive attitude
• No pets

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday and some Saturdays / flexible hours a must /40–50 hours per week]
• Salary, plus annual bonus. Salary Range $40,000 - $50,000
• Live-out position (no live-in required)
