  • Handle bulk and lateral hiring for BPO, KPO, and call center operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, chat, and back-office processes
  • Coordinate closely with operations and workforce teams to understand manpower needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and campus drives
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and telephonic interviews
  • Assess candidates on communication skills, process fit, shift flexibility, and compliance requirements
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and voice tests as per process standards
  • Manage offer generation, salary discussions, and joining confirmation
  • Ensure timely documentation, background verification, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring MIS, and attrition data
  • Support on boarding, induction, and handover to operations teams
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets under tight timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for bulk hiring requirements
  • Ensure adherence to BPO policies, labor laws, and company guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
