We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help us continue delivering the exceptional customer experience that has earned us a 4.9-star rating with hundreds of satisfied customers.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers regarding arrival times, updates, and schedule changes
• Assist with maintenance agreement scheduling and follow-up
• Coordinate closely with technicians and office staff throughout the day
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information
• Help create an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call through job completion

Qualifications:

• Previous CSR, dispatcher, or office experience required
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience strongly preferred
• ServiceTitan experience preferred and highly valued
• Strong phone, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to take direction, learn, and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
