At Air, Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning, we're looking for experienced residential HVAC Installation Helpers who want to become the next generation of Lead Installers.

Applicants must have completed HVAC coursework through a Connecticut technical high school, trade school, or equivalent program toward an S or D license.

If you've already invested time learning the trade, we'll invest in helping you take the next step.

When we say we'll help you build a career, we mean it.

Our goal isn't to keep you as a helper forever. Our goal is to help you become a licensed HVAC professional and future Lead Installer.

We'll help guide you through the apprenticeship process, track your progress, and support your preparation for Connecticut licensing exams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• Completion of HVAC coursework through a Connecticut technical high school, trade school, or equivalent program toward an S or D license
• The desire to become a future Lead Installer
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Dependability and professionalism
• A valid driver's license
