Legacy Heating and Cooling is expanding its commercial service division and is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installation Tech who wants to gain hands-on experience on larger, more complex systems.

Build Your Commercial HVAC Experience

This role is ideal for installers who are ready to move beyond basic residential work and develop their skills in strictly commercial environments. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to advanced systems, and take on increasing responsibility as your skillset grows.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install and set up commercial heating and cooling systems according to project specifications
• Assist in layout, ductwork installation, and system design execution
• Work closely with team leads and project managers to ensure efficient job completion
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Support team members on job sites while continuing to develop leadership skills

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals, including ductwork and system components
• Familiarity with refrigerant systems, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Strong attention to safety and detail on job sites
• Willingness to learn and grow within the commercial HVAC field

Nice to Have:

• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• NATE Certification
• Previous exposure to commercial HVAC systems
